8 Consigli per imparare italiano

Il web è pieno zeppo di video ed articoli che ti consigliano metodi per imparare una lingua super velocemente super efficacemente ed in maniera super divertente.
E credo che ogni studente abbia vagato su youtube disperatamente almeno una volta alla ricerca della formula magica per imparare una lingua straniera in poco tempo e senza fatica.
La verità è che:
Imparare una lingua, come qualsiasi altra skill, richiede impegno e costanza.
Un metodo può essere efficace per una persona ed inefficace e frustrante per un'altra.
Oggi quindi volevo condividere alcuni dei metodi che io utilizzo con i miei studenti di italiano e che ho constatato funzionare nella maggior parte dei casi. Io stessa ho utilizzato questi metodi per imparare lingue straniere.
Poi starà a voi, trovare il vostro metodo, quello che più si adatta al vostro apprendimento. Considerate anche che un metodo può funzionare per una determinata fase dell’apprendimento ma poi potreste annoiarvi o sentire che è il momento di cambiarlo. Cambiatelo! Variate gli strumenti e divertitevi. Sperimentate.
Cominciamo.
1.PRENDERE UNA PILLOLA LINGUISTICA AL GIORNO
Ogni singolo giorno dovete fare qualcosa per la lingua che state parlando. E’ come una piccola creatura di cui dovete prendervi cura. Ogni giorno ha bisogno di un attenzione, seppur minima. Chiaramente più tempo di qualità dedicherete allo studio della lingua più soddisfazioni vi darà.
Fate qualsiasi attività, ma ricordatevi OGNI giorno.
2.SCRIVERE UN DIARIO.
Scrivete ogni giorno un diario di quello che vi succede, di quello che pensate, di quello che provate. Qualsiasi cosa.
Va fatto ogni giorno. Magari un giorno non avete voglia di scrivere, scrivete “oggi non ho voglia di scrivere”. Le parole che scrivete nel diario sono quelle che utilizzerete poi nelle conversazioni con le persone, con i madrelingua. Scrivere un diario è come giocare d’anticipo: è un ottima preparazione all’ utilizzo pratico della lingua. La cosa migliore sarebbe anche rileggere ad alta voce quello che si è appena scritto e ancora meglio farlo correggere o visionare a un insegnante madrelingua.
3.ESPORSI A CONTENUTI DI LINGUA REALI LEGATI ALLE PROPRIE PASSIONI
Forse questo è il consiglio più utile. Nel momento in cui trovate dei contenuti (video/listening /articoli etc) che sono di vostro interesse, che riguardano le vostre passioni, sarà molto più piacevole per voi dedicare del tempo allo studio della lingua. Per me ha funzionato così, nel momento in cui ho cominciato ad appassionarmi al tema della crescita personale, del benessere fisico e mentale ho iniziato a cercare materiale in inglese.
Seguendo i video di yoga in inglese ad esempio, ho imparato nuovi vocaboli per le parti del corpo e dei movimenti: mi stavo rilassando e imparando allo stesso tempo.
Come si suol dire, unire l’utile al dilettevole.
4.UTILIZZARE MATERIALI ADEGUATI – DEL PROPRIO LIVELLO LINGUISTICO
Se siete un beginner, non è consigliabile cominciare subito con la visione di un film senza sottotitoli. Sarà difficile, frustrante e inutile. E penserete che studiare una lingua sia difficilissimo.
Essere coscienti del proprio livello linguistico è fondamentale e vi permetterà di utilizzare materiali adeguati.
Nel momento in cui avete preso confidenza con un certo tipo di contenuti, passate allo step successivo.
5.TROVARE AMICI MADRELINGUA
Per me è stato decisivo. Nel momento in cui ho stretto amicizie profonde e continuative con dei madrelingua delle lingue che studiavo, è diventata una necessità comunicare e farlo al meglio, per poter comunicare tutto ciò che volevo comunicare loro in quanto amici.
Oggi ho numerose amici sparsi in giro per il mondo e continuo a scoprire nuove espressioni e tengo allenate le lingue.
Ci sono diversi modi per farlo, trovate amici di penna (metti esempio), applicazione Hello talk o iscrivetevi a forum stranieri di temi che vi interessano.
6.IMPOSTARE PROPRIO PC/ SOCIAL / SMARTPHONE in QUELLA LINGUA
Quanto tempo impiegate a cambiare questa impostazione del telefono? Pochissimo.
E quante volte prendete in mano il telefono? Tantissime.
Ogni volta che prenderete in mano il telefono riceverete un input della lingua che state imparando. Guardando tutto il giorno alcuni termini, inevitabilmente acquisirete quel vocabolario.
7.PARLA A TE STESSO ( IN LINGUA)
Questo può sembrare un consiglio da psicopatici e potrete anche sembrarlo forse ma vi
assicuro che funziona. Tutti noi parliamo con noi stessi. Bene, continuate a farlo ma nella lingua che state imparando, in questo caso l'italiano. Cominciate da cose semplici. Ad esempio, state pensando "OH, I have the italian lesson at 18.00", pensate "OH, ho la lezione di italiano alle 18.00". All'inizio è un pò difficile ma poi diventa più divertente ve lo assicuro.
8. NOMINA LE COSE INTORNO A TE E CREA STORIE AL RIGUARDO
Guardati intorno. Hai molte cose intorno a te, oggetti, paesaggi, forse persone. Metti alla prova il tuo vocabolario e nomina quelle cose in lingua italiana. Oltre a nominare le cose intorno a te (SEDIA _ TAVOLO _ FINESTRA etc etc..) prova a costruire delle frasi con quelle parole. Più strane sono le frasi più facile sarà per te ricordare quelle parole.
Ad esempio: SEDIA --> Sono seduta sulla sedia --> Voglio stare in piedi sulla sedia e non seduta
Questi sono alcuni consigli pratici per imparare l'italiano. Sono semplici ma a mio parere efficaci (hanno funzionato nella maggior parte dei casi).
Provate ad applicarne anche solo uno!

A method can be effective for one person and ineffective and frustrating for another.
So today I wanted to share some of the methods I use with my Italian students and which I have found to work in most cases. I myself have used these methods to learn foreign languages.
Then it will be up to you to find your method, the one that best suits your learning. Also consider that a method can work for a certain phase of learning but then you may get bored or feel that it is time to change it. Change it! Vary the instruments and have fun. Experiment.
Let's start.TAKE A PILL A DAY
Every single day you have to do something about the language you are speaking. It is like a small creature that you have to take care of. Every day needs attention, albeit minimal. Clearly, the more quality time you spend studying the language the more satisfaction it will give you. Do any activity, but remember : EVERY day.WRITE A DIARY
Write a diary every day of what happens to you, what you think, what you feel. Everything. It must be done every day. Maybe one day you don't want to write, write “today I don't want to write”. The words you write in your diary are the ones you will then use in conversations with people, with native speakers. Writing a diary is like playing in advance: it is an excellent preparation for the practical use of the language. It would also be best to read aloud what you have just written and even better to have it corrected or viewed by a mother tongue teacher.EXPOSE YOURSELF TO REAL LANGUAGE CONTENTS RELATED TO YOUR PASSIONS
Perhaps this is the most useful tip. When you find content (videos / listening / articles etc) that are of interest to you, that concern your passions, it will be much more pleasant for you to dedicate time to the study of the language. This is how it worked for me, when I started to get passionate about the subject of personal growth, physical and mental well-being, I started looking for material in English. Following the yoga videos in English for example, I learned new vocabulary for body parts and movements: I was relaxing and learning at the same time. As they say, combining business with pleasure.USE APPROPRIATE MATERIALS (OF YOUR CURRENT LANGUAGE LEVEL)
If you are a beginner, it is not advisable to start immediately by watching a movie without subtitles. It will be difficult, frustrating and pointless. And you will think that studying a language is very difficult. Being aware of your language level is essential and will allow you to use suitable materials. Once you have become familiar with a certain type of content, move on to the next step.FIND NATIVE SPEAKER FRIENDS
For me it was decisive. When I made deep and ongoing friendships with native speakers of the languages I was studying, it became a necessity to communicate and do it in the best possible way, to be able to communicate everything I wanted to communicate to them as friends. Today I have numerous friends around the world and I keep discovering new expressions and I keep my languages trained. Well, keep doing it but in the language you are learning, in this case Italian. Start with simple things. For example, you are thinking "OH, I have the italian lesson at 18.00", you are thinking "OH, I have the Italian lesson at 18.00". At first it's a bit difficult but then it gets more fun I assure you.NAME THINGS AROUND YOU AND CREATE STORIES
Look around yourself. You have a lot of things around you, objects, landscapes, maybe people. Test your vocabulary and name those things in Italian. In addition to naming the things around you (CHAIR _ TABLE _ WINDOW etc etc ..) try to build sentences with those words. The stranger the sentences, the easier it will be for you to remember those words. For example: CHAIR -> I am sitting on the chair -> I want to stand on the chair and not sit These are some practical tips for learning Italian.
